Answer:

The Loyalty Pigeon App can be installed via the App Store or the Play Store.


Question: What data do I have to provide as a customer?

Answer:

You need to provide the following information in your Loyalty Pigeon profile on the app: –

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This information is used to contact you in the event that you win a free prize draw.


Question: How does Loyalty Pigeon aid with Test and Protect?

Answer:

If a Loyalty Pigeon business is required to collect customer data for Test and Protect purposes, for example a restaurant, then when the customer scans the Loyalty Pigeon QR code with the Loyalty Pigeon app they are “Marked in” and the time is recorded. A “Mark Out” button also appears on the Loyalty tab of the app. Later when the customer leaves the business premises they press the “Mark Out” button and the time that they left is recorded – Should they forget the app will automatically mark them out after 12 hours.

Should the business be asked subsequently to provide Test and Protect details for a given date and time range then they can easily extract the details of all customers who visited their business at this time.
